A six-week training program helping potential leaders to move to the next level of involvement. The program helps participants to understand non-profit, government, and for-profit work in the community, expand their network of contacts, promote self-confidence, evaluate community needs, introduce models for teamwork, support community engagement, Current partners include: Port of Seattle, Seattle Foundation and City of Seattle. This program is offered once a year to 20 participants.

Digital Classroom in Action
ADA is a community-driven solution to the challenges underrepresented and immigrant Latinx communities face when using technology to access jobs, apply for citizenship, engage with Seattle Public Schools, and access childcare and academic programs. The program helps residents to connect with the City of Seattle online based on registration payment and application processes. This is a 12-weeks, hands-on technology training for 20 students, where they can take a laptop home and practice real-life applications.
