Villa Comunitaria promotes resilience in residents by connecting them to programs, information and resources. Staff are trained on tenant rights, wage theft and other resources in the City of Seattle.

Housing & Anti-Displacement
- Tenant advocacy
- 1:1 Eviction prevention planning
- Assist tenants to receive individualized help with disputes before they are in eviction proceedings
- Connecting tenants to financial or other assistance to help prevent eviction.
- Assistance with documentation, interpretation, and translation to tenants going through relocation processes such the City’s Tenant Relocation Assistance Ordinance
Assist and Support Tenants in the Rental Relationship
- Access to information clinics hosted by System Navigation accordingly
- Tenant advocacy
- Guidance on how to deal with common issues facing renters, including such things as counseling, written guidance, and example correspondence.
